Who we are

XBOT ("the service") is operated by MarketSync Global, Rajshahi, Bangladesh. These terms are the agreement between you and us for using the service. Questions: mail@sojibahmmed.com.

What the service is

XBOT is an AI business agent that works inside the chat apps your customers already use. It is live on Telegram today; WhatsApp on your own business number is rolling out as its Meta enrollment completes. Depending on your plan, the agent can research topics on the live web (with sources), draft posts, messages and replies, open and track support tickets, and work with apps you connect. Features marked "coming soon" are not part of the service until they are live.

Your account

You sign in with Telegram. OneAuth (oauth.1ai.bd) sign-in becomes available once its client registration for XBOT completes. You are responsible for your account, for the channels and apps you connect to it, and for everything the agent does on your instruction through them. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used by someone else.

The agent asks first

The agent shows its plan and waits for your confirmation before anything that sends a message, posts content, publishes, or changes data. When you confirm, the action is yours: check drafts and instructions before you approve them.

AI output can be wrong

The agent's answers and drafts are generated by AI. Research answers cite their sources so you can verify them. Do not rely on the agent's output for legal, medical, financial or safety decisions without checking it yourself.

Plans and payments

Paid plans are billed monthly at the prices shown on the pricing page (BDT and USD). Payment methods open as our payment providers are enabled — EPS (bKash / Nagad / cards) for BDT and NOWPayments for crypto. A subscription activates only when the payment provider confirms the payment to our server; a page that merely looks like a successful payment never activates anything. You can cancel at any time; cancelling stops the next renewal and your plan runs to the end of the paid month.

Acceptable use

No spam, bulk unsolicited messaging, or impersonation.
No use that breaks the law or the rules of the connected platforms (Telegram, Meta/WhatsApp, or any app you connect).
No attempts to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service or other customers' accounts.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service running but provide it "as is", without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. We may add, change or remove features; if a change materially reduces a paid plan, we will say so in the product or by email before it takes effect.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the month the problem happened, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost data caused by actions you approved.

We may update these terms; the current version always lives on this page. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
