The thesis
In Bangladesh, commerce already runs on chat — orders, questions and complaints arrive in Telegram and WhatsApp all day. The businesses answering them stitch together separate tools for the agent, the research, the support desk, the inbox and the content queue, and then pay for foreign rails to bill it all.
XBOT is one stack instead: an agent that plans and confirms before it acts, live-web research with sources, native tickets and a unified inbox, and a publishing queue — billed through local rails (EPS in taka; crypto via NOWPayments), in Bangla and English, from ৳999/month. The expensive model sits behind a hard monthly cost ceiling, which is what makes the entry price a business rather than a subsidy.
